Pretty sure reynad said that its still going to be the orignial 3 characters on launch and not 6. Slowly releasing the other 3 in the future.

It reminds me of Legends of Runeterra which is not a bad looking games. They want to release it on mobile in the future, so that would explain why you feel that way. But come on, it looks way better than a browser game. It has some nice animation.
