They had standing starts for road courses for...about a season. It was awful.... And yet F1 as of now is wanting to do full standing starts after cautions. The fuck is wrong with you F1...JUST DO WHAT INDY DOES! Hell, F1 needs rolling starts...

For keen motorsport fans you will notice the 2015 start line incident of the indy gp is very similar to may 1st 1994 startline accident in formula one with jj leto and pedro lamy. fortunatly in the 2015 crash i dont belive tyres were thrown into the crowd.

"Such a star driver does not make mistakes like that".... actually Tagliani wasn't much of a star, more like a brown dwarf, and oh BOY did he make mistakes like that: it was his specialty. His first year, leads in Brazil, spins himself to last position with nine laps to go. I'm from where he is: we refer to him as the great shame.
