I play warlock (obviously im subscribed ;D) and paladin, the sheer fact they announced seal of blood for alliance has me so hyped! I already have 440 defense and have tanked some raid bosses in classic, it's my dream to raid lead on pala. Now i'm hyped to hit massive crits on my lock and become the immovable object on my pala!

oh yes, this, atleast we got both horde and ally pallys on equal footing. But the leatherworking drums meta really needs to be addressed in order to avoid world of leatherworkingcraft, seriously that shit will be the new world buffs.

I like the boosting idea. It is optional and doesn't give you big advantages other than time. For me personally, I could use it for an extra alt I'd like to switch. I liked the general vibe of #somechanges and the examples they provided... well I liked them all. Specially when they said "no raid nerfs"

Seal of Vengeance wasn't better in 'niche' circumstances, it's almost always better for a protection paladin due to it scaling so much better for spellpower (which is what prot pallies would gear for to up their threat). So it's very good not only for alliance (for ret/PVE) to get the other faction's seal, but also good for horde (for prot) as well.

I don't know about character boosts, they most likely will make class imbalance even worse due to meta slaves having an easier time to reroll from warrior to the next flavor of the month spec. Overall good decisions by Blizzard tho

My main concerns: Gold. If some whales take it over will be game breaking for an entire realm. Overpopulation and faction imbalance (not addressed).

I think it is fantastic that they found additional ways to add Microtransactions to the game. I am looking forward to them announcing the WoW Token next.

Next will be the removal of the "once" limit. Then they will introduce faction and race changing. Then it will be store mounts that did not exist then "Well it wasn't around in Wrath, but it doesn't actually effect gameplay so..." Then it will be the token.

I think most of the announcements were all good if anything I just wish the deep dive And Ben memory lane 8 minutes of it no less yes I time that. I'm happy about all the changes they made But I think the thing I'm the happiest about is the #SomeChanges I can't describe of how happy I am about that. Boosting is pay to win. I will buy 10 level 58's just for profession alts... They obviously need to can that or lock them out of professions until they hit 70. It makes zero sense. If you have friends that feel too far behind.. they can log on right now and start leveling. Update: My server has like 43 guilds raiding naxx each week. Average of 43 guilds x 40 raiders x 2 accounts each x 33% of raiders doing this = 1,130 profession alts created on my server. I am not against a catch up for people, I just worry about side effects of this implementation.

@@BuzzzdLightyear I have 3 for summoning. I will probs sub 2 more with retail gold - wow tokens. And drop them after 2-3 months. I know people with 10 and they are not botters... I did the math and 5 accounts will insta get me my cooldowns cause I have alts already above 50. For me it is more the implementation than the boost itself. I don't wanna buy 5 boosts, but I have to because money doesnt matter to me and I want all the advantages I can have. They should modify the implementation. It should be level 40 OR the level 58 boosts need to be locked out of professions until they hit level 68 or 70. Current implementation will generate thousands of profession alts instantly across all servers. These alts will only be used for profession cooldowns and never level past 58.

It would only slow them down by a week or two without boosts, but make the grind worse for legit players. If anything just be pissed that Blizz isn't moderating the game well.

Happy with most of this, although I feel like I just wasted a ton of time leveling a 60 Priest specifically for TBC.. I could have just procrastinated and paid for a boost. I think a level boost to 50 would be better. Outlands will be ridiculous with tons of boosted characters. They need go stagger this out. Also imagine the amount of hunters/locks that will be boosted because theyre top tier dps..

why? this is gonna lead to a much larger player base. most people nostalgic for tbc dont miss leveling their toon for weeks on end, nor do they have the time or will to do so. people miss the raids and the endgame content, allowing people to get to 58 and start on tbc content is going to attract a lot of people who otherwise would look at the monumental time commitment and pass altogether

boosting is a good move, I like WoW endgame, but due to pandemic I tried leveling to 60 and took me almost a month. And I was playing alone because all my pals coouldnt stand the length of the journey, so the boost is perfect since they can now enjoy TBC. Given the fact that the boost will greatly increase the influx of new players, the boost option is better than forcing fresh TBC servers or everyone starting at 50+

I don't understand "It's not part of BC" rhetoric, especially considering BC was an expansion, not a new game. Honestly, i like the paid boost. The fact that running instances is near impossible due to boosting (at least on my server) means that leveling up is a lot more difficult than it should be and its just a pain in the ass. People are gonna play TBC classic for TBC, not to redo the past 2 years of classic wow. Just my take on it. Edit: Lets not forget the fact that people have been paying for leveling bots en masse since the start of classic. Thats just a cheaper boost.

Accounts are not a limiting factor. I know people with many accounts. I have 3 active atm. You can subscribe to accounts with wow tokens (retail gold). For some people this is essentially free.

The PvP is a big point in TBC. U dont talk about that at all. Arena season 1 in phase2 is bullshit. PVE gear is so much better than the pvp gear and it will be useless. NO Goldcap to bring to TBC so far....sorry bro, but it is NOT perfect^^ but nice video

Now.. I have a question 🤔 aren't raids currently "nerfed" in classic with the world buffs meta? Actually hard-core guilds are pushing with it (easier which allows them to go faster) than without? Nerf version of TBC was more comfortable... no more expire time, travelling all over the world and lagging entire areas? Effect is basically the same. Now I put my idea 💡 what about instead of a flat nerf, you add some NPC to the raid entrance and you can choose to get a buff that only works inside the raid and persist through dead. So you can get the equivalent ro world buffs if you want, inside an instance so no lag. Buffs could be like: more dmg, more life, crit, more helping, more defense, more magic resistance ... just to name a few. I guess thats a cherry pick choice which is better than reducing bosses damage or life
