It’s so refreshing hearing Rivers actually open up & have a genuine conversation.

thanks. Maron bullshits around waaay too long at the beginning of all his podcasts. I'm here for the interviews, not to hear him diddle around about nothing for 15 mintues. aint nobody got time for that.

Rivers not as shy or awkward like he usually is in interviews surprising. Maybe it's the way Marc is

Euc Marc has a way about opening people up. Rivers requires someone to be genuinely be interested in him and his interests. I remember an interview during the Pinkerton era that was initially super awkward because the interviewer was super whatever, but once the interviewer brought up comics Rivers started opening up more.

@@joshgulisano1863 : I remember seeing interviews during the Green album. He was so shy and only gave one word answers. This one interview I remember on MuchMusic, he hardly talked and just stared at the floor. But now, he seems more open and comfortable.

As a shy person, I feel like Shy people will open up more if they trust the person they’re talking to. If there’s no trust then we don’t say a word

I’m a big weezer fan. Rivers is a heavy-hearted dude. The way he exhales you can hear the emotions he’s consumed by. Like at 30:29
