Well looks like my efforts have paid off.
I won't have to sacrifice the lower end decks to keep mines running.
Hope this fix gives the rest of you TCM190 owners long lasting hope.
This center post is the only issue I've come across on these transports that wasn't fixed by simple cleaning.
The so-called cracked gear has never been an issue and every single and double deck in my collection run on these so-called cracked mode gears without any issues whatsoever.
Unlike when the center post breaks or strips from having to dig in for repairs. It is what renders decks useless. This is the most important upgrade for these transports you will ever see and if you see it elsewhere it is because of my videos.
It's been a long road to get here but It is doable
