aaaand what??? for what i need this thing in internal gear ? people do internal gears with wire edm much better quality/ skiving cant do hard steel with 60HRC. only hard steel internal gears works good

If the requirement is light to medium transmission load, why spend the extra money to get them made out of hardened bearing steel? And how much time does it take to wire EDM a gear of that size? 4 hours plus. Whereas gear skiving can do it in a matter of minutes. And then you have to gear grind the wire EDM gears to remove the roughness and heat damaged surface on the gear teeth. Finally, I get better integration. What if the internal gear is not a thru-hole? That means you need to split them into two parts, cut them separately and then join them together. With gear skiving on a CNC lathe I can have all the features done in one machining pass.
