My apologies! I forgot to add the clip about the user interface. 🤦‍♂️ A single click will turn the white light LED on/off. Holding the switch will cycle through low, medium, and high (the X3 does have mode memory). A long press from off accesses the red LED menu. Holding the switch will then cycle between low and high red output. A double-click of the switch from on or off will access turbo. A triple click engages strobe mode. To turn on/off the interior blue LEDs, click the switch 5 times rapidly when the light is already turned on.

Something to consider is that the white version has a fluorescent glow-in-the-dark body if I’m not mistaken. Extra style points for the same price if that’s a feature you’d enjoy.

Hi. Thanks for the review. When demonstrating the 700 lumen mode you said something about dropping after 30 seconds which I didn't understand. Does it only stay on the 700 lumen setting for 30 seconds? If so what is the highest output it will stay on continuously? Thanks

Yes, the turbo output begins gradually stepping down after 30 seconds on turbo. The high 150 lumen mode will run for 2 hours with no step down. Hope that helps!
