Many people think that estarossa simply stopped that revenge counter by his raw power but it was his commandment that cancelled the meliodas attack bcz it was a revenge counter having hatred which is estarossa commandment anyone hearing hatred in from of him looses all his power to fight as name suggests it was a revenge counter meliodas immediately lost all his power to fight there

That’s esterossa, it was also mentioned that meliodas has 2 brothers which is zeldris and esterossa

It is also mentioned that "estarossa" isn't a real person, and that he is mael. Mael is not related with meliodas or zeldris for which is he is apart of the goddess clan.

Zeldris is BY FAR the strongest of the Ten Commandments. The strength gap between him and the others is ridiculous. There's a reason the author just had him stand back and watch after he cut Meliodas' arm off.

Zeldris right now being stronger than anyone else in the 10 commandments... maybe, but not "by far" since he got knocked out by the collateral damage of a signature move of someone that wasn't even close to his full power. Zeldris needs at least half of a season more to achieve the power you're talking about

@@pooof6605 SPOILERS Are you talking about when he and Estarossa were blown back by the Cruel Sun? There’s no evidence at all to prove that Zeldris was knocked out, or that he even remotely took any damage at all. The man is IMMUNE to magic attacks. All we know is that he was blown back and then the next day he’s chilling in Camelot. For all we know he could have nullified the Cruel Sun to save Estarossa. The series ends in like 3 days following the end of S2, and at no point is it ever mentioned that Zeldris is training or eating souls. IIRC it’s actually stated that Zeldris DOESN’T eat any human souls and instead opts to enslave everyone in Camelot with Piety instead. He’s just chilling drinking tea with Cussack. The next time he “fights” is against Ludociel when he fires Dies Irae unless you count Diane’s trial where he literally one shots and seals Drole. Zeldris was able to 1v3 the assault team with no difficulty lol. They had literally no counter to Ominous Nebula and they would have all died until it conveniently became noon. And then, while half dead and exhausted, he was able to fight off a suppressed Mael. The man is a tank. He’s a demon king candidate for a reason.

@@polygon2745 SPOILERS Yeah, I agree with most of it but there's a lot of inconsistency with Zeldris inmunity to magical attacks. First, after Escanor's Cruel Sun, Derieri said that "Estarossa and Zeldris magic power disappeared into the distance" and he didn't return to help them even when Meliodas wasn't there Secondly, Zeldris was bleeding from his mouth when he received the giant beam of light from Ludociel when he did his first appearance with Margaret's body and later, he got badly injured with Mael using sunshine to melt his body from inside... We can say that Meliodas "gravity magic" shouldn't affect him but he was licking the floor lol

@@pooof6605 I don’t think there’s any inconsistency with it, I think it’s pretty obvious that Zeldris needs to be AWARE of the magic effect to nullify it, it’s not a constantly passive effect. In fact, after he’s momentarily unconscious after battling Escanor in THE ONE, the narration even mentions that Zeldris needed time to reactivate God. Every other time he’s used it he’s been aware the attack/ability was coming ex. Against the assault force, Escanor, King, Mael, etc. 1. The English translation is more abstract about what she says, but the original Japanese simply meant that the two “disappeared” into the distance, out of her sensory range, not that their magic powers actually vanished. She was just saying that they’d been blasted back so far she couldn’t feel their presences anymore. Source: I speak Japanese. It also makes sense that he wouldn’t immediately return, his brother just got merked in front of him and he had to take care of him and put him in the life capsule thing. 2. See first few sentences about Zeldris needing to be aware of the attack to nullify it. Ludo caught him off guard at the sky temple. 3. Mael wasn’t using Sunshine to melt Zeldris’ body from the inside lol, he was just channeling it inside of his OWN body to offset Ominous Nebula and melt Zeldris’ SWORD. He didn’t take any damage from Sunshine. That was the whole point of why Mael opted to fight him hand to hand, because he knew Sunshine wouldn’t do anything. All the damage Zeldris took from fighting Mael came from physical blows. 4. Zeldris mentioned that even with God, he wasn’t able to move, implying that the nullification ability can be overcome if he’s up against someone who’s OVERWHELMINGLY stronger than him, which Meliodas obviously was.
