I understand not liking silent switches but many people need silent switches for use in an open plan office. There's a lot to cover on a silent switch too. Mushy bottom out, silencing mechanism etc. I'd have like to see a bit more on the silent switches here.

Just got a pack of the Heavy Tactile switches, and must say that I was impressed. They really are quite heavy, yet quite smooth, and the sound is nice too.

The brown switches also have a pretty strong tactile bump despite what the name implies. I'm using them and they are higher pitched, especially with the top out sound (2-stage spring). But man, I dig them a lot.

@@TooMuchTech ah good point, I think with lighter spring weights come a lighter bump. I think even for the sake of having a more interesting switch, I might get the heavies. Thanks!

I don't know if it is just me, but when I purchased the WS silent linear, it feels and sounds scratchy compared to my oil kings and gateron black ink v2... Tried relubing it but didn't do anything :/

You would definitely have to lube the cj, because it has a lot of spring ping stock. But if you do, they are really nice switches and probably some of the smoothest you can find
