Think the thing is, to be as massive as Mr. Beast you gotta dumb your content down to the most universally understandable metric, it's why he's so successful, in Spain (I'm from Spain and went back there for summer break) I went to my friends house and he put on a whole Mr. Beast video in spanish (KZbin now lets you set his videos in different languages) we watched like 2 of them, it kind of kept me engaged all the way through admittedly but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch the content, but that idea that even in Spain which is super far away from the States, Mr. Beast content is still being watched religiously by a lot of people it's kind of crazy. Because in the past, American KZbin and Spanish KZbin was super different, you didn't have a lot of people watching creators outside the country. He really has mastered a formula that works but it's just really isn't that appealing to people who are looking for more personal, slower, unique and nuanced content.
