It's crazyyy, on tiktok there were tons of people promoting eating disorders. Even showing them like a week routine saying "starve" or "only 100 calories" and most people who were in the comments saying they "needed this" are usually young teenagers. I hate how beauty standards make someone deem themselves ugly and "I need to loose weight" when they dont need to. It sucks that people think of themselves that way but it's mostly because those around them think of themselves like that too. Some "trends" just really dont need to be "trends". This is so true 😭 I’m tired of feeling like I have to meet all these standards just to simply feel like I am aloud to have the audacity to exist. I just want to live bro I don’t want to hear about the next random thing I should be insecure about that never mattered before. I get obsessed with my appearance sometimes and I just feel the need to seem perfect but it’ll only ever leave me unsatisfied. I guess I just feel pressured into seeming perfect because that’s the only time I feel like I’m “aloud” to be confident. I’ll never truly be confident if I am just trying to fit into other peoples boxes of how they perceive “perfect” though..and sometimes I feel guilty if I don’t feel like I’m perfect enough? It’s sooo frustrating. Me personally though I don’t specifically care how other people look I just know and care about their vibe and that’s just them but for myself I feel like people are judging me even if they aren’t. All the continuing trends of people’s glow ups or what’s considered pretty and what’s not sucks and it’s all I ever see ☠️

But some of my family members are not skinny but worried about my weight?? Yeah sure buddy… I would try give myself anorexia and stuff like that but it always failed which is a good thing tbh, But I’m trying to eat healthy instead of not eating at all.
