I really love female characters with masculine-ish design, so Zani's design is right up my alley. I'll probably skip her first banner though, since I'll be putting all my astrites and money for Brant. Gotta support his banner and hopefully encourage Kuro to make more male characters lol.

It hurts my soul whenever you say you have to skip a char you like but I feel you. Zani for me was great because she falls into that Yinlin /Changli like space, I love those female chars, it's not about their sexuality but more about their bravado. Hopefully Kuro does hear us out on more males tho I would love to be able to fully support them without feeling like I'm sacrifice what I want.

I have a feeling Roccia & Zhezhi are going to be the meta sub dps for the 2.0. People slept on Zhezhi but her buffs are going to be insane for Carlotta if she is also Glacio. Zhezhi buffs skill damage, glacio damage, and gives resonance energy to the next resonator.

@DaemonKingOberon you're comments on Zhezhi sounds like exactly what I've been preaching for a long time now, Roccia I feel different about just based off the character design but you're right she likely will have a similar placing to Zhezhi which I don't consider a bad spot at all gameplay wise.

@@rengi10 yeah man she is good. I only say that about Roccia because it seems like the less popular characters are always get the good buffing/interesting kits. Honestly you probably won't even need Verina, or shorekeeper for Carolotta team. Youhu heals and her outro buffs zhezhi coordinated attacks by 100%. Zhezhi will be buffing Carlotta while still doing off field damage. The gameplay is really going to get interesting in 2.0

@DaemonKingOberon definitely will be a viable alternative to the usual setup, my zhezhi has been S5 for a long time now and when carlotta comes out maybe she gets a rerun and gives me the chance to S6, id gladly play her more similar to a dual dps at that point but if I did id likely still use verina as a neutral damage buffer for both units, I do want to try my Zhezhi as a primary dps at some point tho.

7:17I AM A 100% GUN PERSON 🤩🔥 I might come back to wuwa but im not so much into camellya tbh I did some pulls but im at 60 pity now but since she doesnt work so well with danjin(cz all basic atks, so sanhua it is) and i like danjins blade style a lot more than camellyas sytle + she is a bit too sexual(like sexy units but she is bit cringe to me 😅)... Maybe i should skip her and go for Charlotte(heared she comes early as well) I mean camellya is very strong, maybe the best 5* in the game rn but honstely i dont need op units, i have enough strong units to clear anything AND most important, im rly rly a gun person 🔥😅

@Nesteayy bro if you've seen the conversations in the discord you'd have seen that the majority of us feel the exact same way. I only gave her the time of day for content reasons, but she's my least favorite release so far. It's not her power but more of the whole emphasis on sex appeal thing plus the psycho girlfriend trope thing just feels cringe to me. Given, the context the story gives does handle her character in a better light but even her playstyle isn't my favorite.

0:27 no, it won't be nice. our world already has its Genshin Impact vibe. can you guess where without my support? from the teaser, the new region feels more like another game stolen from GI. they should try very hard to vindicate THAT colorful Rinascita's existence in such a dark world. among all the characters, Zani is the only one that fits the world of WuWa. 3:45 sorry, not in WuWa. honestly, can't all these GI-players just play their happi funni gud greit geim without invading my Sci-Fi post-apocalyptic world... I'm just so frustrated from it so much.

The issue with that take to me is a place having a Renaissance era is a good way to contrast the apocalyptic feel of Jinzhou, it can give alot of context to where humanity has been and is going, whether it was the intent of the writing or not version 1 didn't really have much to do with world building at all aside from the visual ques of old technology and locations, i don't think majority of the world will or should be like rinescita but it should be more like a shining star in what the rest of the world is like, there is a fair argument to say it's being shown too early in that context tho. What exactly was the issue with 3:45 tho? I never played genshin aside from the initial week it came out and I quit for various reason mainly because it's not my type of game. You don't like males I'm guessing?

@rengi10 I don't like this whole idea of carnivals and aristocratic stuff to be in a Sci-Fi post-apocalyptic, mainly dark and depressive world. they could make it at least in Sci-Fi gothic style (you can easily google it) and choose darker ways to make character designs. if I want to get some "contrast", I have no problems with going to another game for some time, e.g. Genshin Impact. even now, WuWa's world isn't that dark as it could've been. when I first heard of WuWa, I expected for locations similar to PGR, not LESS. and I don't have even one like that for half a year. they all feel so much inspired by GI. I played it from the release date untill January of 2024. I'm full with that. I needed new experience, new atmosphere, but new gachas are one by one like GI. I so much hate that. WuWa felt unique, but "we promise - we deliver" doesn't work anymore since CN GI-players cried for softer content. a simple thought, a simple logic: want circus - play GI, want post-apocalypse - play WW. why can't it just work? doesn't Limbus Company feel good with their income? doesn't Arknights feel good with their income? just. make. your own. game. now Rinashita is so hyped that I'm sure there will be no chance to get a big, empty, dark, ruined city locations, at least like in the last event, but permanent. I'm sure because muni :‚› mony :‚› a lot of money and hype from GI-players. yeah, why do they have to follow their goals and visions after better income :‚› I really loved their post-apoc vision, but they don't "deliver" anymore. anyways, the only thing left to do is to wait and, if it appears too GI-like, quit.

@user-7sd89f7s9r Apocalypse in this sense is more of a reference to downfall of civilization than the TDs are attacking. It's been happening so long it would be almost unreleastic if somewhere hasnt tried to rebuild by now. Another thing is culture is largely expressed through Art, not only is this region Italy inspired but but the Renaissance is a rebuilding of culture historically so in that context I'd say it's a good fit, what we saw of Huanglong is in ruins and rinescita is more so a civilization that either wasn't hit that hard or picked up the pieces and kept moving. I agree that it does feel out of place without more exposure as to what happened with Huanglong but It could also be a good way to create a contrast before we go back to huanglong for more context as to where that civilization was recently.

@@rengi10 for me, it's not even exposure's problem. you know, we can make explanations for everything. "welp, this story is about modern world where we have clown accessories, so we can wear them if we want". that's why I care less about scenery than visuals, sound and interaction in interactive pieces of fictional art. like let's add fishing next and explain it like "welp, they eat fish". haha, okey, senk yu, dat wos teisti yum yum. adding some random stuff and writing some text that will explain it anyways is always easier. it just looks like they attempt to please more people that aren't even their goal audience. a game for everyone is a game for noone. Hopefully this patch is where he gets his shine before he becomes irrelevant, unless they want to time it where he gets his story at the same time as second awakenings as a mechanic so it can be a way that he introduces it since he's always close to overclocking.

Which won't happen anytime soon given his background, Calcharo might get introduced after the Rinascita Arc, which we might go back to Huanglong in a new City, same also for Danjin, and given rinascita has 4 char. already planned which we don't know if it will end with 4 only, we might get Calcharo and Danjin Story quest by 2.5.

@haruusami1831 At this point i almost don't expect to see him until the new federation arc comes into play, I get that in the grand scheme he's just a standard character so nothing special has to be done for him but they already had a story planned for him originally then scrapped it in the story rewrite. At this point I'm more comfortable with the idea of saving it to work along aside something special like a standard character buff patch or limited 5 star overclocked calcharo 🥲 ( i know the idea is cope but it would be epic as hell).

​@@rengi10 He is standard and not really that "important" he was originally just a NPC and a leader of a mercernary group got exiled from New Fed and ended up in Huanglong and fought Jiyan, but due to the popularity of his char. he became playable. But anyways Calcharo is currently in Huanglong (given he still have voicelines about Jiyan,Mortefi,Verina,Yinlin) so its not going to be the new Federation Arc which he will get his Side Story but definitely after Rinascita Arc, because highly doubt they will immediately move to another Region after Rinascita which i bet its also not going to be the Main City of whatever region its going to be called, in Huanglong we only got Jinzhou the Frontline City other cities still haven't gotten revealed. The Rinascita Arc is going to dictate the Arc about Abby,why Echo can talk etc and definitely infighting between nobles in that City, and with Carlotta char. background drip marking being out stating she's from a wealthy family and also addressing "delicate" troubles, its definitely referring to some political infighting, which Kuro doesn't shy away from given in PGR political stuff what not and infighting between different branches of group etc.

@haruusami1831 That's a pretty insightful breakdown actually, I remember seeing bits about Charlotta and Abbys relevance recently but it did slip me that Jinzhou wasn't the entirity of Huanglong so ya we should be heading back over after they rinescita visit. I definitely understand that Calcharo was more of a fan favorite than intended push by Kuro but being they received the reception and still have his material in development at this point I feel like it would almost be a wasted opportunity to milk it and not play on his popularity, especially in a game starving on male representation. If they don't want to release dudes so often then try maximizing on sales for the ones that you do have present like Calcharo, scar and eventually Geshu lin if he actually does become a relevant character.

I have reason why I would if they don't change tho and it's difficulty of the endgame content and virtually no males still, I'd like to see at least a 1 to 3 ratio at some point but I'm comfortable waiting another year or so to see how that shapes up.

Even in Throne and liberty u see that the weapon and Amor skins are desgined for female character, a lot of them look so gay on males Regarding difficulty, i think tower is fine but boring. Iceborn is the best fighting game i ever played. The next big titel is monster hunter wilds, release in february Check this out, it could be a game for u What is crazy about the Game is, weapons look easy to use but there is a chart and ppl need 300-1000h avarage to master a weapon, Some weapons need 300h at avarage, like Hammer Other weapons like Longswort need around 700h Charge blade is around 1000h To master Longswort and get out the "perfect counter" feels so awesome, u feel like an actual master of ur weapon Ngl i got bored in mhw after 200h but man the dlc iceborn was insane, they released tough monsters, ppl cried they should nerf alatreon and fatalis and devs just answerd, "they are not for everyone, thats why they are optional" So - get gud or die trying u loser 😂

It would be silly of Kurogames to not release them, they're probably just trying to play the long game of building up excitement and interest in them before the release them for a bigger payday.
