Just say Genshin, don't try to hide it Anyway, splash art gacha is still popular nowadays, the same goes to card gacha like FGO did as they are already iconic and part of the game identity. Just because a game did something more 'grand', it doesn't always mean better ya know. I myself personally like both gacha animation style.

I like the current 3D char animation, but prefer the CBT1 gacha animation (before the char reveal). It's just perfect with WuWa's theme of sound and waves.

4 star and 5star characters pulls still retain it. And go even deeper into tacet mark stuff. Altough it only really noticeble on the 5 star pulls, both in visual and audio design. So idk. older version had more fitting theme for every pull and overall ui. But now theme focuses on "important" pulls only which kinda works too for the "winning feeling". It is a gacha game after all

I kinda like the pull animation on the old one (it needs to be a little more smooth tho) while i like the character summon animations on the new one. the current pull animation doesn't really have a tie-in to the vibrations/reverberations considering it is important to the game and the current pull animation is not that diff from genshin imo. but i don't mind the current one :>

Personally, I think I like the wish screen from the past... It may not look to epic. But It makes it looks like a "sound wave". Which what this game based on. I think? More to the idea. But after the screen... I prefer how weapon and character show up right now
