thank you David & Alex, so Shen loves adventure. I'm glad I do. Some of my ex-colleagues loved to criticize everything wrong with work and even the tiniest things that didn't fit their expectation would be an ingredient for a long and gruesome debate. It felt like I was working in a carousel, with a very heavy wheel, so I decided to quit the job. I'm glad I did and I felt so much relieved then. Now I have a better job. I have left them with their inner child.

Thank you. Intuition voice comes from you and from inside you; Inner Child voice talks at you. Intuition voice is grounded, calm, and steady. Inner child voice is frantic, critical (CCJ), and emotional. I think that's a lot of it in a nutshell. "Which voice is that saying that?" is a good question to ask myself. My thought processes build a case against myself. This sounds like the Inner Child, the attorney. Have a whole case against myself using present day circumstances to prove how defective I am and what a loser I am. This must be the Inner Child. The Inner Child must be questioned and the Inner Child must answer.

The book she mentioned is the I Ching, I think they have uploaded a video once where they show which edition they prefer and also recommend another book which interprets the lessons. You should find it on their channel or if not, I can also look it up for you :) I got both and can really recommend to get them. I too have often found comfort in the lessons and they somehow seem to find me whenever I need them most.

When I share what you call the inner child in my ACO a group. I called the wounded inner child period because I do have a beautiful interchild that's very playful. It was before any of the messages or belifes and values that came in. Does that make sense?

@@WuWeiWisdom they just come up, I really don’t have any control over it. Especially if it’s a big decision. That’s like asking a fish not to swim. The only thing you can do is realize fear is just an illusion. And take action not fall for the trap. You can set firm boundaries either harshly or kindly depending on the situation.
