Great video and insights. 3-4 years ago I tried to face regularly my fears from childhood and that did nothing to overcome the fears. Then I realized that inner child has to be nurtured into maturity by gradually facing fears in a safe environment using things like meditation or else you will end up at a more traumatized place. You cannot shock your inner child like jumping in to the deep ocean.

Really needed to hear this. Ive been extremely anxious to do job interviews and im currently unemployed. Everytime i apply for a job, and then get a response, i immediately avoid further contact. Itnstems from my bad experiences in my past jobs and not wanting to relive it. Also my confidence has been affected in my ability to do my job based on negative criticisms in past workplaces
