Wuxi! 无锡! This city is a well-known city in China, to the rest of the world... it's unknown! It is an absolutely amazing city. There's a small mountain, the 3rd biggest lake in China, ancient towns, ancient streets, a beautiful pagoda, and these are only the places that I visited. There is so much more to do in this city. Watch as Phil and myself explore this amazing hidden gem of a city!
Music for this video! Very special thank you Nekzlo:

I've been in love with this place since 2014 after staying there for a total of 5 months in multiple visits. Wuxi is truly beautiful and fully packed with surprise places to explore for travel freaks like me! Everytime you travel looking for interesting places, you find them here in Wuxi. I'm so happy to watch this video while bring able to recognise almost all of the places seen in it. Thank you for posting this on KZbin. I wish to visit Wuxi again very soon!

i ve been to many cities in china, uncountable. and its sad that they have so many beautiful cities unknown in the world wide. cities like xiamen, qingdao, henan, ningbo, suzhou, so potential whether you want to travel or even staying for long term. they really need to learn how to promote their cities in the world wide

For explorers planning to visit Wuxi, Moovit is an excellent navigation app that works like a charm in China. Dont even think of using Google maps there as it is blocked. Moovit only needs an Internet connection. It helps you travel through the public transport systems in Wuxi like buses and metro with ease.. Works in Shanghai as well.. Happy exploring.. ❤️

@@LevelPathfinder 10:36 Nice, Mei Garden(梅园,the Garden of Plum ) is worth visiting especially during the period when plum trees blossom. Lingshan Budda was built recently, like about a decade ago, (not really an ancient Chinese ritual site) a lot of people burn incense and pray there. These two places are amazing.

@@turbotrout8216 Did you just define the city? your comments are all purely based on your own observation, which has just very limited insight, and which I feel sorry for you if youre living in or have ever lived in Wuxi. The language is different as in this is completely another language, not talking about the accent, Wu Chinese is not mutually inteligible with other Chinese languages; Food are same? Are you kidding me, Wuxi Xiaolongbao, Wuxi ribs, Wuxi Tai Lake San Bao, etc, wuxi is just famous for its local food, and its the sweetest among all chinese cities, including those non-mainland cities with major chinese populations, you go to the chain restaurants or those non-local restaurants and tell me they are no different from those in other cities ? Thats a joke and it's not so funny to make such comment without the basic knowledge; How do you define the behaviour, without truly understanding the local culture??
