Great game 1 nomad by Sora Kuma, and great 2nd game by SebASTIAN, DENYING THOSE DOCKS, EARLY CASLTE CRROSBOWS, LANDING AND dRAIDIANS WERE STRONG on houseboat anyways. gg wp! Insane gAME 3 was insane Bengali Sora Kuma and Byzantines Sebastian, crazy tower war, monks rush, base trade and insane micro, Bengali Rathas were great and Sora Kuma had greater eco with food, so he won. Crazy games by the newcomer Sora Kuma! Perfect play from Sebastian in Game 4, clean play. FInal game Boundary game great performance by Sebastian BErbers vs Sora Kuma Persians. Still great fight back from Sora Kuma, admirable effort by him. He came the closest so far to beating a higher elo player in the WWC2 series. Best Series so far! GG wp!

This game still LACKS so many quality of life features. Like, why do you not see the Monk Regeneration Status Bar by default but only when I hover with my mouse over the specific monk? Only on-hover do I see this important information. That takes much too long time to read their status and micro them correctly in a fight with higher numbers. There are many "issues" with the game like this that make it unbalanced and just poorly designed. You can see they want to SAVE COST by not programming such important parts. This is one reason I also don't buy the DLC's. The publishers are too lazy and want too make too much money the easy way while ignoring the important part of a game. The amount of games I buy has dropped by 99% in the past 10 years because of the gaming industry scamming behaviour. I even LOST games I bought because of their weird online EULA agreements. So my old computer I used for Global Offensive cannot play Counter Strike 2.0 due to System Requirements, basically I bought a game that was later stolen and replaced by a game that doesn't work on that PC. So that's why I stopped buying any of them in general. They have almost all proven to be scammers.

Cry some more lil bro (I agree with the stuff about the gaming industry, but the AOE qol things is genuinely a skill issue) ..Think about it, why would Ensemble Studios or Microsoft (idk which) invest money in AOE2? There will not be a notable increase in player base size and revenue generated from sales from qol changes to a 25yo game. Have you seen the things with Ubisoft wanting to make you pay essentially membership fees to play games? So that you never 'own' the game, you pay subscriptions per week/month to play. That is genuinely a terrible idea and I hope I don't live to see that be enacted.

its a port of a 20 year old game, bunch of things just arent in the cards without rebuilding it fro mthe ground up, some are just so ingrained in players minds that changing it wont happen and others might be rightful critique But your attitude "poor design" for example shows you didnt consider those but just jumped into a conclusion. Honest critique comes from trying to understand, yours is just venting frustration for whatever reason and not helping anyone Learn some manners

As the other guy said- this is a 20+ year old game- its not as programmable as you would like. Its like me saying - why dont they give ne the ability to farm, talk to npcs and get married in Oregon Trail, they are so lazy
