Basically because they just do it for a recording, so they kinda half ass it. Same thing with why in the later RTWM series in the SvR games, the dialogue sounded flat. Especially folks like Randy. Lmao you already know he didn't give a shit from the get go. So his dialogue would sound like he's recording himself for an audiobook.

This is amazing!!! I will say this much, knowing that they had to make it generic, due to, for Universe Mode, the locations are randomized, they did a pretty good job making it as entertaining for Elias as he would have been if shown on television. Kudos to WWE 2K on that one
