Sandpaper is a pretty good way to get superglue off your hands. It shaves it down and doesn’t hurt! ( a nail file should work just as fine )

if you dont wanna use a knife for the bottom torso piece use the screwdriver and use the little circle piece of it as leverage and put the tip of the screwdriver in the space below it and just pry it open it's way safer and easier
