Orton, Styles, Cena, and Reigns are most definitely future legends. They will be regarded as some of the best to ever grace the ring. That being said, WWE has not created any new stars that will be able to do that going forward. Everyone that they think could be those guys (Trick, Hayes, Oba) are definitely not gunna be it. They will end up as jobbers. However, all it takes is one or two to lead the company forward. Cena and Orton did so for a decade, 2004-2014

At the moment most experienced wrestlers are Aj styles, Orton, Miz, Kingston, Rollins, Drew Mc, Sheamus, Balor and that's it pretty much.. Out of this lot only Aj styles and Orton reached star level. Miz and Sheamous are really good too, prob will end up in hall of fame - but they just aren't top star material anymore. Also Rey Mysterio will be HOF and lesser legend to some degree, even though now hit dead end. So yeah, if I really have to pick legends we have left is Rey Mysterio, Aj styles and Orton
I agree not jobbers but not legends like Cena, Lesnar, Batista, Orton etc. I admittedly haven’t watched WWE in a while but last time I checked, Shemus felt like a big deal and was winning WWE championships now he’s a mid carder for example, I tuned in for a bit towards the end of high school and saw Samoa Joe and Lashley came and thought these guys have the profile to be future superstars and now they both aren’t even in the company anymore. That’s crazy to me. Drew and Cody had to leave and come back to feel like a big deal, that’s years of them out of the eyes of the casual fans like me, I’m just told they did great things outside the WWE but they don’t feel like as big a deal as the guys I grew up watching.
