WWE is just so much next level now. I watched from attitute era, it was amazing then no doubt, but the pyro and stadium stuff now is unreal. Other companies shouldnt be fighting with them they should be trying to get the same level

Competition is good. WWE stopped doing pyro for a while as a cost-cutting measure. Now with a certain new company coming to prominence, utilizing a whole lot of pyro, the 'E didn't want to come across as cheap and so brought theirs back as well. Albeit sometimes they still don't do pyro - always strange to not see a WrestleMania open to pyro.

Finally get to the ring and Happy New Year everybody (lol) but no on a serious comment. I noticed no pyro/fireworks on the night (just like in Cardiff) is it a UK thing? No pyro/fireworks to be let of in the arenas in the UK stadiums? Come AEW All In it should be interesting.

Depends if they can fit it into the event's production setup. Clash At The Castle only had steam canons, used for Edge's entrance instead of his usual pyro. On this occasion, MITB, and the night before on SmackDown!, they had a fixture for flames right above where I was seated. Displayed at the 1:14 and 4:11 marks of the video. Also what appeared to be a pyro sound effect (which they already use for the likes of Ricochet and Shinsuke Nakamura) as I tried to look around and see where it was coming from but only ever saw speakers rather than any actual pyro. I have a feeling the next WWE event in the UK will be at a stadium return, so I guess we'll see if we have the usual pyro/fireworks setup a la the Saudi Arabia events and WrestleMania, or if they short change production costs on account of the travel and logistical costs of holding a UK event.

Yeah, event going ain't cheap nowadays. Ten years ago it used to be £50, maybe close to £100 if the artist or entity were in high demand. Now you're likely to pay double or even more for the same caliber of artist/entertainment. It's becoming an exclusive luxury.
