My first album I bought was # of the Beast by Maiden, second album was Ride the lightning..Those two are still two of my all time favorite albums. And I bought those back in 84' I went in to buy Powerslave but they were sold out, so i bought #, I was in 5th grade. Changed my life forever

As a black kid growing up I was always into things considered “for white people” (whatever that means) but honestly my taste in music came from wrestling. Growing up I always loved edges theme, he put me on to alter bridge and playing wrestling video games like svr 2007 and 08 the whole time I would be playing bands like nonpoint and chevelle would be blasting so as I got older I started listening in private. No music gets me pumped like rock and all the sun genres from it. Also when I would watch old ECW I wanted to join the crowd singing his theme, he put me on to Metallica RVD got me hip to Pantera and Raven got me into the offspring. So many great bands so many great memories, because of wrestling I’m now a professional guitar player.
