2021-2024 feels like it was in a blink of an eye compared to 2001-2004. In 2001 Eddie Guerrero was released by WWE. In 2004 he beats Lesnar and becomes WWE champion. And the amount of things that happened in that time frame felt much longer than how things just blend in nowadays

I think when people say its all the same they mean its barely any better. For such a 'drastically different' show do you watch Raw and SD WITHOUT distraction from you phone or other things? Is this show compelling enough to hold you throughout its run time? What percentage of the segments are compelling to you? 3 years ago these shows would rank around 2/10. It often had one story line on each show that was hot...the bloodline for example. These days the show is BETTER but its still unwatchable. It might be a 3.5/10. There is more to an average episode that I'm interested in but the majority of the show is still just there.

It makes no sense to get this riled up about who is a champion and who isn't. It's a story device, and only exists to be won or lost to move a plot forward or to end one story and start a new one. Remove the belt, make it a briefcase. Remove the briefcase make it a wrestler's girlfriend that another wrestler is after. Say the winner gets a million dollars overnight (RIP Virgil). It is meant to create narrative conflict, not meant to specifically rank who is actually the best. We all know that the best wrestlers rarely has the title because the defense stories aren't as great as the chasing stories. Getting upset about who was in what position THREE YEARS AGO is like screaming at the clouds "cAn YoU bELiEvE tHaNoS GoT aLL tHe StOnEs aNd SpIdeRmAn dIeD?!" It's also a guessing game, because I never saw Rhea Ripley or Stunning Steve happening. The only reason Roman still has the title is so he can lose the title in a way that makes the next guy feel important enough to drop it to the guy after the guy. Miz having any title is a device to have him lose it. Just like Flair (who's lost the World title more than anyone) or Roman who's biggest moment will be when he's on his back as confetti falls on someone else. That's the point of all of this over the last 100 years of wrestling. Try to get to the confetti and sell tickets to it.

I sat down and farted out what i thought was gonna be a big diarrhea but nothing happened...no sound, no splash, no giggle from the people nearby. Turned out to be a big bubble basically, and a second later it popped and lemme tell you, i had poop all up my back, down my leg, and all over the seat. And this looked like baked beans and mucus, it was disgusting. I bring it up because that wrestlemania was kinda crazy in that with the rain the whole show felt special. Sometimes a little chaos is ok. For me i have a rule. If i cant see it, i dont have to wipe it, so i just got out of there, went back to work and if anyone asked why my back shirt is wet, i told them i was sweating and that id farted...incase anyone noticed a smell. Sometimes you just gotta use it all to your advantage.
