For Enzo Amore, he is his own worst enemy. Putting aside the SA charges (cause we have no idea if it actually happened, plus they were dropped), the problem with Enzo is that he lived his gimmick way too much. He can cut a promo, there is no denying that, but he just would not shut up, or behave himself. Even if kayfabe is more or less non-existent, there are lines you do not cross, and Enzo crossed it by being a massive douchebag if you believe some reports. It's pretty telling that while both Enzo and Cass were let go without the usual "future endeavors" statement, only Cass has been able to resurrect his career, currently wrestling as Big Bill in AEW. In contrast, while Enzo has gotten a few indie gigs, no one is willing to take a flier on him with a full time contract, and the most likely reason is the drama he brings with him.
