@@mycolleeny no one said it was hard but what she did was invaluable too and as Captain Lee stated before. The radio is ppl's lifeline in case anything goes wrong. Rhylee calmly radioed man overboard, and from there Captain Lee and all deckhands knew someone was in danger. The cameraman absolutely is a hero in all this too. I never dismissed his part in saving Ashton's life. Imagine if Rhylee never said anything on the radio, that boat would still have been moving. So for you to dismiss her, I don't understand why. Also, Captain Lee did mention once on Watch what happens Live, that Rhylee did her job perfectly and saved his life too by saying calmly right away "Man overboard"

Captain Lee diminished his power this season and looks weaker than he would like. Unfortunately, Kate (whom I always liked) was culpable for alot of the negativity that was directed towards her. Rhylee needs psychiatric treatment, saying she is aware of her aggressive temper is not enough - she needs to proactively work at overcoming it or stay in Alaska where it might be more acceptable. It's a shame as she is very good looking and capable but, not a team player by any means. The boys (apart from the chef) acknowledged and accepted their behaviour was unsavoury and I believe accepted responsibility - however, neither Kate nor Rhylee genuinely accepted nor truly acknowledged their behaviour. Captain Lee failed his crew.
