During the After Show, Ariana Madix responds to both Scheana Shay and Tom Sandoval saying it was their dream to do Dancing with the Stars, revealing that Tom had already told her about his hopes of one day being on the show and says that he had even been taking private lessons. When coworkers get into relationships and then they break up doesn’t mean you stop working. No if you stay in the same work environment you are still obligated to do your job. She chose to accept the money for the job she knew her ex would be in therefore you do your job. Money was exchanged for a reason. In no way do I think she needed to get another job but in the adult world just because we don’t like someone does not give us the right to dictate how the work environment goes moving forward. She is not the only person on the show nor is she the only one making people watch and love the show. She is apart of that feedback. It’s not Ariana and friends. Tom’s indiscretions as much as we want him gone was not a fireable offense. They have done nothing but prop her up. They have not let Tom get away with a single thing. Yes, they have a job to do, but at the same time, she could also stay true to Ariana. Why does it bother her so much that Tom isn't her life? Yeah, he gave her money when times were tough for her, but if i was in her situation, I'd stick by Ariana's side. Scheana is a follower of Lala's. Ariana was messing with Tom while he was still with Kristen who cheated with his friend Jax, And James had cheated and is pissed with Tom for being with his ex he didn't wasn't with and didn't anymore. Heck Ariana told Sandoval she didn't want to get married or want kids which she knew he want but had no problem with him paying her bills. Not to mention she had a fling with a girl. For me, Ariana has always been the best part of Vanderpump. She made Tom bearable. She made him look better. Have a feeling he actually was a better man with her around.
