Wow, this is really cool! I wish I could find cool stuff like that where I live. Either way, hello from Miami, Florida, USA!

Deep lying objects usually indicate a very small signal. The trick is to recognize these small signals and yet to go digging. And how bigger the search-coil, the deeper it detects.

it's not so hard to believe i think, the helmet was buried right side up, it could create an airbubble when buried that slowed the decay of the helmet liner.

i have managed to get hold of an MD8 mine detector do you think this will be good? i am going to poland in april,i have a fairly basic detector over there already, and all i have been finding from the war is mostly russian Tokarev cases and live rounds, hoping the MD8 will get me better results
@uscgkid10914 жыл бұрын
@NYmosVids true but the sad thing is, most of that stuff wasn't left by a soldier that was alive more than likely the soldier had been killed and they left some of his stuff their. thats why people find stg44's and mp40's kar 98k's and thinks like that

@glennetnixz then give soil additions and farming which occured later. There easily burried in places like that. wouldnt doubt there is plenty of Rifles and sidearms, other memorabilia and things buried in forgotten trenches. by people in a hurry to forget the war.

i agree with MyTymeBand08 sorry but that hole if far too dry the earth or soil would have been alot wetter unless there in a desert and plus that helmet did not have any soil inside it. so i agree it was a setup.

I would love to own a German Helmet in my collection. I hope you guys are Respectful when you do this. I have a strong military family, I'v had family fight and die. My Great uncle was a Tank Retriever and fought in the battle of the bulge during the war.

@adz24888 Yes, big troubles! They can get a search warrant, they will check their banking accounts, the car that they use to get to that place and to take the stuff they find home, that will also be taken away, and you don't get it back. Never. The fines are very high. Also, digging around like that is seen as vandalism to nature, even when it are just some weeds and small plants. Their metal detector will also get taken away, don't get that back either. And more things! No, it's no joke!
