It is hard to enter into the Wwise world right now cause it is very confuse.. generated soundbank.. auto defined soundbanks... event packaging... most of the features on the settings you've showed doesn't appear on my own ue4 settings..

I agree that the Wwise certification courses seem to be more and more irrelevant and they are way too expensive for what they teach you at the moment.

Note that the certification course material are 100% free and do not require you to purchase the exam. The exam is merely there if you want to officially announce that you have completed the course. And certifications will keep being update as soon as they can be with the latest Wwise versions but might skip some if the core learning material still is relevant to the newest of Wwise versions even the the UI/UX is a bit different.
