Ive had it for months. Got to say i was surprised when i hooked up my Energizer power station that has a 100 watt input i put it on the 90 watt output on this charger and my tester was showing 98 watts going to the station. I added fans just in case cause it did heat up but the station charged solid 98 watts for 2.5 hours. The fans made the difference. Im sure it would have been hotter without it and probably shut down. But that was only the one usbc by itself.

I use a 5 watt wall charger and charge over night lol. Everyone wants fast charging but not me. I would rather charge slow and make the battery stay strong a lot longer. Nice vid :)

By the time you need to replace the fast charged battery you would have to replace your 5W charging only battery around the same time any ways. I use to think the same way, but it really is something that you can’t go back on once you try it

Slow charge is nice but sometimes you really need that shit shower and shave power lol. I tend too fall asleep a lot and often forget to plug my phone in waking up at 15 or 20% sometimes even dead. fast charging is for the forgetful like me

Well if you have a busy day and been on your phone and it's like on 20% but you need your phone to be on at least 80% before work a slow charger maybe will go to 36% your not gonna make it the whole day.

Bro. If you go through my videos from a few months ago, it paid off!!! We had a power outage and I figured out my biggest power bank that also had an inverter and could power my fridge, also charged itself via type c. So I had emptied around 25 smaller power banks into my bigger power bank to keep my food cold until the power came back. I was able to keep it running for the whole outage which was around 15 hours.

I've used this on my s22+ using samsung's own type c and it charges SFC 2.0. As well as with the newer anker nanos.

It does activate superfast charging 2.0. I used the official Samsung USB -C 5a cable and it worked.

This is now 52 bucks on Amazon. I assume Anker is wanting to clear out old inventory items since they dropped that new one you reviewed today. I am debating either this one now since I get more power, or the nano I referenced in your other video. The nano is compact, I could see that thing going anytime I travel compared to this.

Nano!! Man this charging station is old and once you connect a third device or a USB a, every USB c ports gets throttled down to nothing. With the new one, you can customize and get the most out of it.

@AllThingsOnePlace has a youtube video that done very good testing using a lot of hardware testing tools to test Anker 727 (title "Anker 727 Charging Station vs Baseus PowerCombo 100W). He tested the Average Efficiency of the charger, check Safety Listed, measure Power Quality Score, Idle Power Usage (Watts), verify Modes of Operation, overload testing (overload to 108W and it auto shutdown), etc. Here's the summary of his testing. "The Anker 727 charging station, the newest in the lineup, and it is pretty thoroughly the worst one they make. Between the no better power negotiation and the plastic pop up plugs, which will break, and the lack of power factor correction. The voltage levels were kind of all over the place on this adapter. The 5V was a little too high and the 20V as usual for Anker was too low. The voltages being out of tolerance makes this Anker 727 not compliance with the USB PD specification. This doesn't really give much of a reason to buy it. It is a $20 power adapter with a proprietary power cord strapped onto a $2 power strip. This gets a skip and shouldn't be for sale. "

Idk how you managed to kept your old Anker Batteries alive. 3-7 I've owned have given out and don't retain charge well. They say they're fully charged but they only charge my devices for 15-20min then they die. 😅

I’ve had one single battery go bad over the last 10+ years of anker batteries. It was last year. My powercore 3 elite 87w. I reached out to anker and they replaced it with a brand new one!! Sorry your luck has been bad.

😁How did they miss the opportunity to make that area the fastest Qi wireless pad on the market... Add an option with another row of outlets to make it 4 total then the grey area QI wireless charging but also add a flip up stand to set your phone up in landscape or portrait mode And allow compatibility for those people who like big thick cases. .... Indicator light too dammit lol 😆 😂

There are multiple reasons. One is kill-a-watt may not be accurate depend on what version and how wear out is the internal component. Potentially, it could be off by 5%~10%. If it is off by 10%, 120W - 10% would be 108W AS INPUT to the charging Station. Next, if you watch the testing video by @AllThingsOnePlace title "Anker 727 Charging Station vs Baseus PowerCombo 100W", there are a lot more detail testing using better hardware testing tools. Pretty much based on much better testing, this is a SKIP for @AllThingsOnePlace. One of the reason is this lack power factor correction and not power efficient. So if 100W input to the charger, may be only 80W came out to the charging device like laptop, cellphone, etc. So if 108W input, then assume only 80% efficient, only 86W actually go to the charging device. So 86W may not trigger the blue light. Your testing may actually prove how bad this charging station is. If you have to measure it, measure wattage at the output side and not input. @AllThingsOnePlace in his video try overload this and he was able to overload this at 108W and it automatically shutdown which show the overload protection works fine.

Something is not clear. They say INput 120 V, but then they say USB will support 120-240 ? So, if I plug us unit in France (240) will it still work ? Of course I dont want to send 240 to the pluggs, but if I plug another charger in the plugg, it should work, right ????
