My son just left on a 6 month deployment on his ship today. I am not afraid for him, but I am always glad when he gets back home. He will be out of the military when his ship returns. He extended for this 6 months, so he could go with his ship, and not leave them short handed, as his specialty is one that takes a long time to train for. He will be all over, but he will probably spend some time in the straight of Hormuz. I think they might go through the Panama canal also.

She's a Corpsman assigned to the Marines which she is required to wear their uniform for Female Marines.

@@roberthudson1959 That is the Navy Service Uniform she was wearing. The current dress uniform for male and female enlisted is the classic Cracker Jack uniform.
