This CCT has had 3 editions already all won by Carlsen. The first was against Hikaru in a 7 days Match, where everyday they played 4 games. That match of 7 days reached the Armageddon, so you just, imagine

That match was a 7 days match, easy day had 4 games and in case of tie, 2 blitz games and if still tie, the armageddon. They won 3 days each, and in the 7th day they reached Armageddon, that was a real fight

Crazy, i was counting him out during the end of the game 4th where Magnus had the win in his hands. In my mind Magnus was already champ and Alireza winning that game was actually crazy, he found very good moves after magnus blundered. That was really unexpected

Magnus was beat by Alireza 3 times neat and square in this tournament and Magnus only beat him just one time in 8 games ! Beside that they drew 4 times. That is evidence of undeniable superiority of Alireza in this tournament against Magnus. Especially since Alireza had to make two wins advance against Magnus for going through the losers branch. Plus Alireza crushed both Denis and Vincent like it was normal when Magnus struggled against both especially Vincent. There is nothing crazy about Alireza winning, he is the clearly superior player based on these results. If they had just played a best of two games final and drawn on the 1st game then win on second game then yes that would be a little win but for god's sake they played 8 games ! Alireza with a 3 games superiority. Your comment is in denial and hypocritical. Accept the reality.

First 2 games Alireza was better, the other 2 Magnus was better. Armageddon was reached, Alireza wins gg, but after game 2 Magnus was superior and then tilted. I admire Alireza, but after banter blitz he won and a bullet marathon people were crazy calling alireza better even if in bullet, Magnus dominated Alireza like in 10 marathons. I remmember very well people saying Alireza is better and he losing over and over against Carlsen until those comments dissappear and now again haha Magnus has almost a 2-1 scored against Alireza in CCT, don't over react yet.
