Isn't so dictator like to expect people in power to set examples for citizens to follow. Ridiculous! Russia has more then 2 political parties fir citizens to choose from !!!! SHOCKING! However Russians are more educated and fully know how corrupt the US elections are. You would think after 200 plus years, citizens would figure how that not one time have they elected a president! lol not once. It was in the 60's before every citizen had the right to vote, yet even then, only 2 parties that are 2 cheeks of the same ass. The election is a dog and pony show that apparently still works with a poor education sytem convincing them they have a say in anything . Presidents are picked long before election day, when the elite of the parties designate the a few party puppets called electoral college to announce if surprised who the elite picked. Then just like clock work, the loser whines about how they had more popular votes, they really won. Yes really, for the next 4 years someone always brings it up again. BUT NOT ONCE fo any of them demand the system be changed to a real election, one person, one vote and the people create the parties and pick the candidates. THAT would be a government by people. As for now, the people are too ignorant to even realize they are being played for fools.

It’s not complicated. Start a database. Much like sex offender registry. Once a cop is terminated, their name and birthdate go into a database that lists the department they were fired from and why. Anytime they allow a person in law enforcement to resign or be fired without taking their certification away is because they are allowing him to get another law enforcement job in another jurisdiction!! It’s kicking the bad apples down the street!!

As a white man, it scares me too. Those kind of people are racist against their own, as well, just because we hang with and act or talk similar to black males. I've dealt with it for 27 years from the local cops. From the day I got stopped coming out of low income housing and found with a blunt roach when I was 15. They harassed me for the next 15years. Watched em beat my best friend because he said "what am I being charged with, n---a?" and yes, he was black. Was. Jeremy passed away in 2005 from complications from Sickle Cell disease. He had full blown sickle cell disease and I watched it beat him down mercilessly. I spent months at the hospital with him, while he was admitted and spend weeks at a time there. My best f-ing friend. 😔

At some agencies, an internal investigation will be stopped when an officer retires, as there is nothing more the agency can do administratively. MCOLES was told that Marohn resigned in lieu of termination for conduct unbecoming, but claimed to be too understaffed to dig in more when he was hired in Holly. We've ever seen "just" conduct unbecoming being a reason for revoking certification.

Wow! This guy has a worse record than I do. I'm applying to Holly Police Department, Post Haste!

Why do I feel like I keep seeing almost this same story popping up all across the country? It's almost like cops get away with stuff that regular people don't, over and over again. Anyone else buying drugs while on duty would have a record and not be hired anywhere.

Makes you think how many innocent people did the officer put in jail due to his racial bias.

Find the drugs definitely is not only bad but criminal. I don’t wanna hear anything big being made out of the fact that he used in word I’m getting so sick of hearing that. I’m 60 years old I’m just sick of hearing about it.

Police resign while under investigation and get a good resume from there old employer passed onto the new employer, so they can skip from 1 police agency, State for a fresh start at another, all while being fully supported financially & legally in a Court of Law, curtesy of those pesky Taxpayers 🙂🙈🤷

Officers with this kind of past should not be allowed to "resign". It should be on their record that they were fired.
