I have a question about machine exactly like the one in the video..it got stocked every time it seals six plastic cups . I have to used a knife to separate the two aluminum rings where they meet. It’s there a problem with machine or its as

do you have a tech support number? the roller is rolling film. it can detect the patch but don't stop
