In this weeks video we stay overnight in a small country town called Wyandra. The #donation #campground in town has a separate male and female #toilet also two showers (cold water), a camp kitchen and a large clothes line. You will need your own power and water.
Make sure you pick up a #visitor book about Wyandra when you are in one of the larger towns and do a self walking tour around Wyandra.

Looks a great little town for a stop over and yes we have noticed in free camps with plenty of room someone always comes and parks close. Mabe it’s a safe feeling thing. Love the way these little towns go all out to have places of interest. Cheers guys

Thanks for the video. It's been 20 years since I was there. Public access to the Police Station is via the driveway. Then on your right is the office which is attached to the Police residence.

Did you read 'ripple iron' describing one of the houses? That's just weird...it's always been called corrugated iron...at least for as long as I've lived (70 yrs) and my parents lived (born in 1919). Thanks for the tour of Wyandra. The last time I was there all those houses were relatively new.

Quiche turned out ok. I been making the Tupperware one for yrs. Throw it all in shake it up and cook. Campground looks great.

Yep, just got to laugh at some people that can’t get close enough to you no matter how much space there is. Drives us insane. No doubt when we head off next year and try out more free and low cost camps we will encounter those types. Bit of excitement with the police pulling up that van, must have been their only job for the day lol.

It wasnt to bad there in closeness, more that everyone did the same thing but seriously there was a whole field to park on. However, another viewer did mention that maybe people feel safer when parked closer to a fellow traveller. I get that too. The Police thing was kind of funny, Jon wanted to move closer to get better footage but I didnt want the Police to see us lol
