How do you adjust the front/rear steering wheels? Manual says to set them at A-B for a round pool?

You didn't show how to get it out of the pool and mine came with a tiny screw and cap. Guess I will have to see if it is in the book

You use the hook. I explained that the hook attaches to your pool cleaner pole.

How do you adjust the steering wheels for a round pool?

So I just purchased mine and I used it for the first time tonight I placed Cotton balls in it and skimmer socks and it picked up quite a bit. The issue is it keeps stopping and when I look at the top of the robot, it’s blinking blue lights, and when I look at the booklet, it indicates that it’s under working, how do we fix this?

It’s in the manual tells u which tabs to set depending on ur shape.

I just put mine in and it runs for 20 seconds then stops and just sits there motionless. Then i took it out again turned it off and on put it in. Same thing. Left it there for 10 minutes and it just sat there.

Mine is doing the same thing, but it’s blinking flashing blue lights, and when I look at the booklet, it means that it’s under working, which I don’t exactly know what it means

@@Queen_Baddie22 I’m gonna try and pressure wash the filter and screen on the inside. Maybe i put it back together wrong or something but I’m gonna try myself first at least. If you do let me know what they say to you

i am having the same issue. the robot is fully charged and turned on, and it tries to go forward and backwards but it sits there doing nothing... i do not know what else to do. i've took it apart countless times reassuring the filter and everything is in correctly, i've changed the wheel position to round pool, etc.

Mine worked 2 times, now it's dead. When turned on moves for a minute or two and then just sits there. Full battery, smooth bottom no wrinkles' just dies. This is so frustrating. When it worked, it was awesome, but these things just die too quick for the money that is spent. Just got off the phone with Amazon, they are sending my 3rd replacement. So sick of thiss

I have gone through the same thing. On my second unit as the first was returned for constantly stopping after a few minutes. 2nd unit does the same. This vacuum is plain garbage. Buyer beware.

This vacuum is absolute garbage. Buyer beware. Just received my 2nd vacuum after return as it stops working. 2nd vacuum does the same thing. Not powerful enough. Returning for refund. Extremely disappointed.
