It’s so pleasing to the ear and more poetic, and the english version feels like it’s putting out so much emotion and story. I love the chinese version more, and i’ll have my days listening to the english version when I need some writing inspo lol.

They aren't just a vocal group. They are also a great dance and performance group! I would stress performance more cuz they adapt to any style and concept so well. Something I don't see as much with other kpop groups.

Xiaojun is the main vocalist of WayV, so 95% of the time when there is a high note it will be him. He always has at least one high not in all of WayVs songs, so when you get to know the WayV members better you won't even have to question who is singing each part of the song.

Yes, breathing into a bag really works when you are hyperventilating. They even used it on me in the emergency room at the hospital. If you don't have a bag just cup your hands over your mouth. On My Youth stays with you long after you listen to it. It's a good earworm.

Thanks for reacting to WayV!! The vocals, the rap, the dancing like 👌WayV are multi-lingual, they regularly release songs in Mandarin, English and Korean (and Xiaojun recently did one in Cantonese). WayV b-sides slap too, I recommend something like Poppin Love, Miracle, She a Wolf.

The base of WayV’s songs will be in Mandarin & English, they do have Korean versions thrown in there too. This month they’ll be releasing their first Japanese EP. At this point, give them a language and they’re going to eat up the track. Group full of polyglots because soon all will speak 3 or more languages with fluency.
