This is one of my favorite videos. My brother and I went to see them in Louisville and I got a chance to talk to her after the show. She was very nice. They were touring shriek. It was an amazing show

I read an interview once where Jenn stated the tuning for this song was (low to high) DGDGCD on the Civilian record. I don't have my guitar to check against this version, but there's a good chance she goes one half step lower to C# F# C# F# B C# (almost what Eduardo Brown's comment stated but you really want F# on the A-string to get the heavy, chugging perfect 5th on the low strings). The chords, by the way, are all the same shape: root at fret (X) on the low E with the first finger, fret (X+2) with the third finger on the A string, fret (X+2) with the fourth finger on the G string, mute the D string with the underside of the third finger, and let the top 2 strings ring open. If my memory serves me, substitute X=1, 3, 5, 6, 8 in various orders and that's the song.

sounds like it's standard tuning down a half-step : Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb The chord looks like 3-5-3-5-3-3 then she moves it down to 1-3-1-3-1-1 .
