WYLIE Quint 141 RESPONDS TO A HOUSE FIRE

Ride along with Wylie Quint 141 "The Guardian" to a residential house fire. The fire appears to be the result of a lightning strike. No one was injured in the fire.
Quint 141 was the 3rd due company to the fire on the cities western border with the City of Murphy. Captain 141, Quint 191, Quint 142, Quint 141, Quint 143, Utility 143, Medic 990, and Battalion 140 responded. Sachse Engine 1, and Lucas Engine 861 also responded.
The fire was called under control in 14 minutes.

Okay, this city needs another fire station. Damn it's a long drive.

At that time it was upgraded to a 4 alarm fire. So multiple units from multiple stations responded.

I like some of these "Dispatch Call" POV vids... You get to see just how large a particular fire district or engine company's jurisdiction can be, and how far some of these fire brigades have to travel... Sometimes you think it's "until you see the smoke rise" is when you get there...

All the way to the fire I was checking out your right mirror and some car was right on your butt the entire time. It didn't look like a cop or fire chief.
