Giveaway Feedback: I quite enjoyed this video! I think I will at least check out the rest of the series, probably watch much of it. This is an interesting and unique idea, and man do I respect your patience and commitment. 8 hours of profession grinding sounds like a nightmare. As for the production of the video, it really was not bad at all. You edited out all of your grinding and questing, highlighting the most important and entertaining parts. Audio was good, video length was good, everything was good enough that I didn't think about it while watching, and that's exactly where the sweet spot is I think. Gotta talk about that poptart thing tho. Not a huge poptart guy myself but I'm not one to heat mine up when I do have them

To be honest, I'm not experienced enough on wynncraft (even though I've been playing for 8 years) to be giving feedback to someone like you. Overall the video quality is pretty great and you give a lot of info during your playthrough, which makes it easy to follow what you're doing and why you're doing it. For people who just started playing and watch your content for both the tutorial aspect and the entertainment aspect this is a real plus because they both learn and enjoy at the same time! So I would just say, keep up the good work, because I personally don't really have anything to say about your videos! (Feedback Entry)

Overall, I love the concept of your series. It seems very unique and challenging, and it is honestly something I want to try myself. It takes a great deal of game knowledge and use of professions early on to complete. I think you've already gotten plenty of feedback on raising the entertainment value of your videos overall, but I think the challenge is a strong idea anyway and is entertaining on its own.

Giveaway entry feedback: This is a great video concept that I haven't seen before, and I would say that this is a perfect video to watch when bored or to have played in the background while doing something else. If the background-type video isn't your goal, I would suggest: 1. Reducing silent pauses, perhaps by voicing more of your thoughts. For example, at 10:32, the audience can infer that you're either nervous, trying to focus, or both, but I think it would be nicer if you were to voice that. 2. Less explaining about what you're going to do (and have done, such as crafting and grinding) and more action when it comes to things in general. If you're unsure how to go about that, I would suggest a timelapse, or simply editing out the grinding (but keeping milestones in that grinding). Alternatively, you could also just comment about things in Wynncraft while you progress to keep the audience engaged. 3. Try varying your tone a little since at the moment, everything is in a monotone, which reduces audience interest. 4. Intro music in the background. The thumbnail and the beginning of a video are your hooks. The first few moments are what a view uses to decide whether or not to keep watching, so they're crucial to keeping viewers. In this video, the speaking at the beginning is great, but upon noticing the lack of any music or noise other than the voice, it paints the picture that the rest of the video will follow suit. 5. *Slightly* raising the volume of the background Wynncraft music. NOTE: I have not seen the newer videos and have almost no experience with making and publishing videos. Furthermore, this is only my opinion, and others may and likely do disagree on some or all of these points. So, please take this all with a grain of salt. :) All of this no intended offense and a constructive purpose in mind. Thanks for the time and effort you put into making an entertaining video! I know it can be more difficult and frustrating than it seems, but you have done a more-than-decent work here, and the originality (at least in my experience) brings some freshness that can be difficult to find. Overall, I'd say this is well done, and I wish you good luck with the challenge!
@ChaosDragon3 жыл бұрын
In the instances where I get nervous and try to focus so much that I grow silent attempting to voice that often throws me off. I try to find something to comment about to ease my own tension or provide general commentary during the moments when I am focused. It's something I used to be a lot worse at, where in the past I would go through a 10 minute fight without speaking a word. The explaining is because if I were to show the full process with no explanation it makes the viewer pay attention a bit more than many people want to. I try to limit the explaining to things that are either just my thought process as I'm going through the challenge or a recap of the grind I did so I can cut out the grind itself. I'm a very calm and relaxed person, so my voice doesn't fluctuate MUCH, and I'm still fairly new to recording video commentary(only really started in December) so it feels horribly unnatural and makes it difficult to add life to the words I'm speaking. I am trying to be better about it, and I personally feel every video is a step in the right direction. I completely forgot to put the music I picked out in the intro until AFTER I uploaded the first 2 episodes, and at that point I opted to just remove the intro entirely. The wynncraft background music is something I have been struggling with balancing a lot, and I think I've decided it would be best to just turn it off entirely and add music in during video editing since it is easier to manage the volume of it. Newer videos in the series are better in some aspects than this one, but I fully accept that they are far from perfect. I welcome criticism and never take offense from it. I appreciate the feedback :)

Definitely a cool concept! From what I've seen it can be really difficult to make really engaging content on Wynncraft, but I think you pulled it off pretty nicely. The are some long pauses in commentary, though, so if you're struggling to think of things to say, maybe connect what you're doing to some kind of story. A lot of the time when I'm playing random things remind me of past experiences. Maybe you could talk about what the things you're doing in-game remind you of? Overall, it's a great start to the series!

Video Feedback: I thought this was a very interesting concept to undergo for a challenge. Some questions I have for the future: Will dungeon groups be allowed. Will you be allowed to use TM for things other than equipment: horses, potions, etc. Will Dungeons be used as the main source of XP or will quests replace those? (Are you only using the Dungeons for equipment in other words). Apart from that, it's a great video! One last recommendation I would have is you might want to include some music to break up some of the longer points.
@ChaosDragon3 жыл бұрын
I must complete dungeons solo. I am an ironman so I physically cannot access TM The primary source of xp will be dungeons simply due to how many times I have to repeat any given dungeon, with a chunk of xp coming from ingredient farming. I am starting to grow very irritated with having the wynn music playing at all times so I'm going to just mute the game music and add music in during editing, I'll run a poll soon to decide if it will be royalty free music or wynn music.

Giveaway feedback - To begin with you seem to just have a fun attitude towards the game and also you aren't to serious about it, you don't seem to treat KZbin as a job as such but more a fun thing to do whereas with the large majority of other wynn youtubers seem to just do it as its their job and don't seem to find fun in it. Secondly some players could almost use this as a guide of how to begin the game as you explain almost exactly what you do with perfect clarity and do not rush through the game as fast as you can! Lastly you also gave me some advice as when I started I only cared about combat and grinded to max level, but i can see how useful professions actually are as even with your started weapon and minimal armour you still managed to kill it with mainly the power of scrolls and potions! I will begin to grind professions now as i can see how truly useful it is. Many thanks!

Feedback: pretty unique type of run, something new and fresh to watch and maybe even test your self, seems like it would be a very challenging type of challenge especially with the little to no gear/weapon upgrades you get until you start to do a few run of dungeons and or the boss alters. The potion crafting was a great idea since it can be your main source of a damage defense/hp and other attributes for improvements to small type addons, dmg luck find xp or whatever you are looking to get extra. also would be nice to show for newer players to show them the aspect of crafting items instead of just going out to just buy items from the auction house. Great video again Chaos

This is a very nice concept! I haven't seen any videos like that before so it really interesting to watch and a nice change to other Wynncraft videos. Honestly, content-wise and your narration is very good and makes the video fun to watch. I could feel your stress before the boss fight and I myself, started to stress and root for you to win xD. Only "downside" to your video I would say is the “ambiance”. I would suggest adding a background music or different time-lapses with music (ie: could have done one when you were grinding the professions) to add some rhythm to your video and keep the viewers attention. Same goes for your introduction, try to explain your video as if you’re talking to the viewer in-person and do it with more enthusiasm (but no exaggeration) and less like a presentation. Honestly I watched this video because of the giveaway, but the video captivated me so much I’ll continue watching your other videos :)

Giveaway feedback: Love the idea, this is something that I personally would love to try, but probably would find too difficult and give up due to my terrible patience lol. I agree that boss altars should be allowed, because it will bring a lot of gear items into the ''usability'' pool and will create bigger build diversity which is good for sure. I think it would be cool if you were allowed to run raids aswell, but only solo :) It would be a challenge but with rewarding loot. I'm not quite sure but I believe some dungeon emrchants sell potions, so it would help with the more challenging raids. Other than that I think it is a very doable and fun type of playthrough. Gl ^^

Giveaway entry feedback: This is just a great series, since it forces you to totally re-think about the dungeon rewards instead of just doing the dungeons for XP and then buy some armor on the trade market. Also, you could maybe mention (or put in the video description) that you are using Wynntils, since ive seen a lot of people confused about that. Maybe you could cut out the "boring" part of quests instead of entirely skipping them, since I personally would love to see (or rather hear) your reactions on the quests with only the dungeon equipment and if you prepare specially for them.
@ChaosDragon3 жыл бұрын
I do actually have that I use wynntils in the description of every one of my wynncraft videos xD As for the quests, so far I haven't encountered a quest that was difficult enough to warrant a reaction and I've done all the quests I've gone through so far already and I'm not going to act like I've never seen it before. Once I get a few more dungeons done I will officially be in new territory and everything will be a fresh experience for me and a lot more reactions will be shown.

My previous comment wasn't a feedback... So. You pretty much nailed to show early level crafting can be useful in some senarios. Keep up the good work.

Honestly early level crafting is a bit OP and the progression appears to scale up more linearly than gear progression, so the strength of it feels like it declines relative to the other things at your disposal. It's still really strong, it just feels less so the further you go.

Giveaway entry feedback : The concept to this series is pretty good and unique. Its pretty inspiring to see the dungeon items being used (in their full potential) instead of being overlooked especially in early game because legendaries exists. It would be pretty cool to see more obtainable and potentially viable sets (well because this is a dungeon item only run, so those items are definitely more accessible than expensive mythics , should be pretty within budget of a casual wynncraft player, too! ) Action and explaining need a balance (and I honestly would like you to explain your sets, and not only that, but also to compared to the "meta" ones too (if thats too much maybe just late game sets), so that we can have a reference , rather than not explaining it at all) Overall, the concept has good potential, and I believe this would be a both informative and entertaining series.

Giveaway entry feedback: Honestly, the video is great. The idea has been done a few times. but I still think it's original as every creator does it differently, it's fun and entertaining, I'm not saying this to get a higher chance in t he. giveaway but rather telling you what me and most other people would feel watching this video. Your voice is very soothing so it's quite peaceful to watch and I think this really helps new people trying to see how dungeons go. The challenge over-all seems a bit hard but I wish you luck. These are my tips: - Video is great but I realised in a lot of places, you paused for quite a bit, that could be reduced a little bit. I know you recorded then cut it but It should be reduced. - As said buy Luscinia Aves, there's a lot of explaining on what to do so I think you should reduce that part a little bit just so new people. to the channel don't skip a lot since that tends to happen when there's a lot of explaining. - Not so much of a critique but rather of a tip, these videos are great for new people however, when I was new, I was extremely confused so if you keep the explaining and pauses down, SOMETIMES, you could have small and short written texts on the screen just explaining something in places that you might think confuses people. - Another tip that helps a lot is definetely coords. I also believe that some quests have parts in them that don't tell you where to go so having coords to that would probably help a lot, along with the dungeon coords as well. - with your thumbnail, something that collects a lot of viewers can be that you show the stuff that you get in dungeons. This shows what people could potentially get and it kind of drags users. in. Overall, this is an amazing series, would love to see it live-streamed as well. Please note: These were just friendly tips and so I hope you don't take any of these badly. Anyways, love to see more videos coming along, P.S I'm up to episode 5 and the series is great :) -Vrykir

Giveaway entry feedback: I love this concept! After reading everyone else's feedback, I can definitely agree that there seems to be a lot of "silent" moments that either could be cut out or filled in. In terms of what I thought, I feel like the video could be a bit more concise in terms of how it's presented, like getting straight to the action. This video seems like you kind of recorded whatever happened without a plan and then pruned it into a video (reasonable, Wynncraft is an unexpected game where you can take many paths). It doesn't seem "focused." Personally, I felt kind of lost as to what was happening/what your intentions were. It seemed like a clipped together documentary. Again, all just constructive criticism! I'm so excited to see what the future episodes entail.

Didn't know you can place tools in pouch, it would save a lot of space for me when lvl up profs. Nice episode btw.

You can only place things other than ingredients in the pouch if you are an ironman, it's the benefit gained inexchange for losing the trade market, trading, and the bank.

This is actually a cool concept and pretty unique as opposed to general speedrun, crafted only, or ironman challenges. My only feedback would be it would be more engaging if you found a way to get your fans involved aswell!

Feedback: i just started watching this series and i like the concept of restricting yourself bc once you have figured out how to play with a class its pretty Easy but i think the challenge in this series might be a bit too hard, bc the dungeons on the later levels are rly far apart so getting good loot will be very difficult, but im interested to see how you will try to play in this series. Definitivly binge worthy

Crafting potions/cooking/scrolls is definitely your best bet here if you want to solo most of the content though it will be very grindy especially later on, so definitely look try to find a world with bombs. Also, my suggestion for playing assassin (though I'm 100%, not an expert) would be to use vanish relatively often to get that damage boost and with some combos can be OP.

I have watched all ur dungeon video. I think this content is better than 100 days

When the series concludes I'll have a 100 days styled video of the full journey. Can get the best of both worlds :)

Great Concept! Definetly seems like an interesting challenge, though the weird cuts when you were doing your quests was somewhat weird. You started with saying "Lets do Poisoning the Pest", and then a straight cut to another quest, wich was somewhat disorienting as a viewer.

Giveaway entry feedback: I love the concept of this and here's a few pointers on how to make it better: 1. Try a few more quests with the dungeon equipment, it'll be intersting to see how it plays out. 2. More commentary would be nice.

Feedback: It's an amazing challenge, one thing for the challenge idk if u know but u can look in the wiki to see a list of all ingredients so u can see which mobs u need to grind, because there are a lot of rlly easy ingredients like egg or mushrooms which are actually pretty good. Btw u can stack scrolls

feedback: I came with no expectations just to leave a general feedback, but your series is acutely quite good! I thinl I'm gonna binge watch it

Feedback: This is probably one of the best concept to complete every quest, even its possible to play way harder if try in HIH mode (hardcore-ironman-hunter, adding craftsman is make impossible this challenge because its gonna unable to use dungeon rewards :/)

Feedback: This is a good series that could help people like me who play assassin and wanna learn how to play. Me as a player, I'm not really using materials and I'm just using equipment and potions earned from missions and mobs, not really crafting something.

I imagine this challenge is going to get harder so good luck! My feed back for the giveaway is to keep run and gunning when fighting boss's

I like this type of challenge! it reminds me of craftsman but different in that its way more interesting and you don't have to sit there for hours doing professions haha
