I've only been able to pass through Wyoming on a few very long road trips, but your videos definitely have me wanting to spend more time looking around! 👀 I do always look around rest stops, though 😂 Keep it up! ☆

Awesome finds and what a gorgeous place! Sorry fishing was a bust. I would love to do a trade for some of that banded iron and some of those little agate nodules you were finding in another video. I just don’t know how to contact you.

What a beautiful ending. Loved the canyon. If you go out again I would love some of those big pieces of banded iron for my landscaping. Can you cut banded iron in slabs? Going back to Haunted Ridge in October if you want to do another trade. Great video!!!

I live in Oregon and wish we had banded iron out here. The stuff is so beautiful. I think I need to plan a trip to Wyoming to look for some. What region of the state are they mostly found in?

Hey, I'd like to ask a question that maybe you can answer. I was near Cheyenne, visiting a ranch. I found a rock, about 3 inches x 2 inches by 1 inch. It was pure white and non translucent, at all. It had conchoidal fracturing, when I found it. I've had it in stage 1, with agate and chert, tumbling for about 8 months. This thing is super hard. (so many rocks have come out of that barrel since I started tumbling it.) It is finaly near smooth but has loss very little mass. Do you think you may be able to guess what it could be?
