Dude. I didn't have any cream or milk so I added cream cheese which made the soup savory sweet also from the mushrooms I added. So soul warming.

I’m in Wyoming where it’s currently 32, but I’m looking forward to summer when I can start gardening starting with a compost pile. So I’m collecting whatever I can to start the pile, since that’s the case I would want to peel the veggies to save, would it change the texture too much without the peels?

,, High heat with olive oil,, big no no everyone in Greece will tell you No 😅 the reason is the low smoke point. You shouldn't cook at more than 180 degrees. Hope it helps. The recipe is lovely ❤

Not trying to be difficult but you may need to peel the skin. While you can wash off pesticides and herbicides some do soak in. So if you leave the skin on you need to buy organic

He said for this recipe he didn't use the ones from his garden but he most likely bought organic.
@cuddlebabe61305 ай бұрын
Uh actually @neil-yg5gm it doesn’t matter if you scrub them carrots are part of the dirty dozen and you can scrub as much as you like the pesticides are all through the carrot not just on the top layer so if it’s not organic scrubbing and peeling is pointless. So yeah… wrong info

@@sirjacobthe8 That’s fine you’re aloud to 😁 When I make my roasted garlic mash potatoes. I use I head of garlic. If you want roasted garlic carrot soup, then continue to use 1 head of garlic. Which reminds me i have to try this carrot soup again without all that garlic.
