great Idea for leftover Carrots and veggies, i would roast my Carrots and Onions in my Wok. Lesser Mess and my Wok Is cleaned up in 5 mins.

Tweaked this to fit my own tastes and made it a little bit sweeter AND spicy, with some honey, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. And extra black pepper.

Hi there ✌️ of course I can give more details. Sorry for not providing that in the video. Because most of the vegetables are already cooked you just want to bring it up to a boil and simmer and let the flavours come together. So, I would say bring to a boil and let simmer for about 10-15 min.

@@FoodLovesCompany Thank you. Might want to add that to the recipe details above (step #3). I did not know so I only boiled for 5 minutes. Mine was very thick and so I added about 500 more ounces of broth. I followed the remainder of the recipe exactly. Soup was GREAT. Thank you so much for your quick response to my question. Loved your video and recipe.
