Definitely worth the money bro. I can't say the same for the lacoste shirt you seem to wear ... almost the same price of the trick for just a piece of very low tech cotton ...

Personally I don't have the Trick but have other models from X-Bionic, the Effektor and the Fennec. The latter is performing incredibly well in very hot, sunny days. I've also just ordered the very last model, the Twyce, and I'm just looking forward to test it!

Does it feel even better when you just use the shirt and ot have a long shirt under it?

The shirt is extremely comfortable that you don't need a shirt underneath and won't be as effective if you do, so I would not suggest one.

I have been using the Effektor Powershirt, I have never tried The Trick line, I was hoping you could share some opinion as to which one would you recommend for running and/or bodybuilding. That is, should I invest in some apparel from the Trick line as well. Also, do the leggings, when used in conjunction with the shirts, provide a significant upgrade? Have you ever tried wear a T shirt over it?(Just to make the X bionic shirt less conspicuous ) Thank you!~

Song, I love them both! The Effektor shirt has more of a compression feel which I like. Honestly, you can't go wrong either way. For very hot weather, you may want to get 1 Fennec top. The technology for the shirt is amazing. I have never worn a t-shirt over any of them as I love showing them off. Makes me look likeI am some professional athlete. Ha! As far as for bodybuilding, never thought of X-Bionic a product line to be worn for it, but your body will stay cooler wearing the shirt, so either one could work I gather.
