Congratulations to your decision! Got them mounted middle of 2021 as my rear rollbar turned over on a trip through the western Alps - due to the +3“ suspension with HD springs and a 2“ lowered mounting for the shock absorbers. The x-eng deflex does a perfect job - even when heavy loaded it’s perfect- wether HC-Offroad or Desert and Onroad - it feels like a sports car compared to original 😜 When in complete Overlandmode my 110 is up to 3,5T so something else I’d really recommend are Air Lift helper springs - the Air Lift 1000 fits perfect for Defender and they offer extra Spacers for lifted Suspensions. This Air Springs can easily adjusted to your needs/load and is installed within less than 1 hour. Of course it’s not an Air Suspension, but for less than € 160,00 (incl. spacers) you’ll get a durable and perfect working extra for your 110…

I fitted mine about 1 year ago. The freewheel hub is a bit exposed to all the road muck. I had to replace the seal which seals the halfshaft on the inside of the freewheel hub which stops Road grime entering the rear of the hub and splines. It’s a pity the other side does not also have a plate and halfshaft seal on the inside to keep Road grime away from the splines. It’s a product with great potential but shortcuts & savings have obviously been made which affect longevity

Nearly rolled it as the line of attack wasn’t great. If you have lockers you could have executed that far smoother. I removed the anti roll bars on my g wagen and it was the worst thing I did. Due to the body roll on a section it went over 4 times. Still drive it home though and not much damage at all. Flex is ok and looks impressive but it has its down sides. I prefer lockers where you can have more control.
