You should really check the live version from the Last Live Concert. It’s a really emotional performance and the music video really doesn’t show what the lyrics represent.

Thanks for your honest thoughts, i agree with everyone else recommending The Last Live version, it'll hit you differently. And yea Yoshiki is theatrical, it looks fun over the years but once this band grows on you knowing some of their backstory is totally different, is like watching BabyMetal - The One first instead of their regular songs without knowing the context behind, you won't get it. The version from The Last Live is the best reaction choice for Endless Rain. By the way, I added a comment on your Rusty Nail reaction video in which I suggest what I think are the best version for most of their songs, if you want to check them out.

Sorry I missed this upload. You should follow it up with Babymetal’s tribute to this (or rework) No Rain No Rainbow. Maybe you’ve done it, I need to recheck. Let me suggest Nemophila’s cover of X-Japan’s Kurenai and then possibly follow it up with the original if you like the cover. It’s an infinitely harder song where Yoshiki really stands out on the drum. You may know him from other groups he’s worked with like U2, Black Eyed Peas, Kiss, Queen, Sarah Brighton….. I didn’t realize I used to have that song on repeat in the 80’s, or who X-Japan was until I heard Nemophila’s English cover. The X-Japan version is; “Kurenai - Last Live HD.” It may help you understand the neck brace in Babymetal’s lore. Yoshiki injured his neck drumming too hard for too long, so he switched to piano/keyboards, composing and slightly back to drums. He’s still active. Enjoy

X-Japan has been a great influence for Babymetal, however this video might not be the place to start to understand that connection/influence.

He really needs to see Kurenai, The Live Last (HD). In fact every Babymetal fan that has a cursory knowledge of the neck brace need to watch! That’s just my opinion and yes BM is still my favorite group. I’m not a Patreon member, but might just have to become one.

@@autohmae Yes, I get it and have been very resistant. Even with Su, but this gentleman might just push me over the edge. I almost did it with David Heretic, but we’ll see. Regardless of the reactions, I love this band (NP), and others almost as much as BM, but…. Don’t misunderstand me, I love everyone, but there is only one Queen.
