Hi everybody we are going to look for a reaction for this song called TEARS by the Japanese rock band X Japan more information: TEARS is the ninth single by the Japanese heavy metal band X Japan released on November 10, 1993 The Song was debuted/ first performed on December 31, 1992 on a broadcast of NHK's Kouhaku Uta Gassen and featured all singers on this episode. Hide, their guitarist,had the idea to distribute the lyrics starting on the first stanza with Akiko Wada's voice. It is the first single to be released under the name X Japan and the first to feature Heath on bass. YOSHIKI's father died in August 1976 at the young age of 34. It was when YOSHIKI was 10 years old. At this time, YOSHIKI was not told that his father's cause of death was "suicide", and he happened to know at his relative's house when he was in junior high school. His father would be crying in heaven if he knew that his son had made such a wonderful song that he had died.

At first I mistook this for a love song... Well, maybe it could be in a way... But if you pay attention to the words at the end, "One day I'll be older than you"... Yoshiki's dad committed suicide when he was a boy... In more recent performances he now says "I'm now older than you"... ...Although funnily enough, I don't think Yoshiki was expected to live long... He's had a film crew follow him for most of his career because they expected him to die at any moment, more or less lol. I think he was quite frail as a kid and has asthma... They've had to keep oxygen tanks by the stage in case he needed them after drumming like a lunatic for many of the songs... You may have already heard this... I may have said on a previous reaction of yours >_>; I forget...
