In the original Marvel comics, the X-Men exist right alongside all of the other Marvel super-heroes. It's just that when Marvel comics began selling off the movie rights, Fox purchased the X-Men (and the Fantastic Four while Sony got Spider-Man). But the X-Men's roots in the world of Marvel super-hero comics go right back almost to the beginning. Here's a fun fact: X-Men issue 1 and Avengers issue 1 were both published in the same month, with a cover date of September 1963. Imagine being a kid at the news stand that month and picking up a copy of both!

Wolverines skeleton makes no never mind on his abilitys it enhances him. He's true mutation is his healing factor (this is what was given to Deadpool) his strength and his almost anmial like nature, like His sence of smell. His claws are his, just enhanced again due to his "upgrade" you'll see in later movies. 7:07 All evolution is mutation Not all mutation is evolution ;) Stone mutations give you a different color eye, others give you a clump foot or make you die in the womb. (most of the time these are not genetically dominant and therefore don't spread to the rest of the human race by procreation) But your chocking /puke reflex is quite a new mutation that we can see as evolution, because it's also spreading to the newer generations and people without a puke/choke reflex are now the minority. But because we don't have survival of the fittest anymore and the dumbest people on the planet are procreating more than the actual smart people, means our evolutionary graph is flattening out and may even go down... Our dna mutates every time it replicates. accidental changes in the code, most changes don’t really matter but every now and then they result in a trait that be either good or bad, good mutation are naturally selected if they benefit the species and if organism arises with distinct enough changes from the ancestor it can be categorized as a new species

The shield was then painted to become Captain America's weapon and symbol. MacLain would later attempt to recreate the shield's metal to no avail, his experiments instead eventually yielding the super-metal adamantium.[7][8] While adamantium has been portrayed as practically indestructable,[9] MacLain said was "no match" for the mysterious Proto-Adamantium shield.[7] Rogers' shield is more durable than regular adamantium and is essentially indestructible. The vibranium grants the shield unusual properties, allowing it to absorb all of the kinetic impact and vibrations from any blows that the shield receives without injuring Rogers in the process." In movies, the shield is solely Vibranium.
