Going to have to also watch the Loki series, the Blade movies as well as the Daredevil and Elektra movie to have a proper reaction to Deadpool & Wolverine. X-Men First Class is wrong in so many ways, it's actually worse than "Madame Web" which I heard was really Bad, never seen Not a fan. First Class X-men were Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Angel, and Iceman which were X-Factor Team characters first Not this mess of Characters that are in this movie another reason why this movie Suxs. I'm a Huge Fan of X-Factor and X-Men as well as X-Force but this movie franchise is super lazy with directors that have No clue on who is who and when and why they are. You can say it's just a movie it's for Entertainment True but that's like saying Oppenheimer 2023 is just a Movie as well Not true! as everything written in a book is just a pure imagination. That isn’t quite true when Ashley Edwards Miller and Zack Stentz were hired to rewrite the script and did it in 2 weeks. The majority of the movie is their work which is why they get writing credits. 9:19 Kayla Silverfox's sister Emma in X-Men Origins: Wolverine has been confirmed by its series producer to be a different character as Emma Frost. Probably initially intended to be Emma Frost (initial promotional material advertised her as Emma Frost), this would have resulted in a continuity error having a presumably younger Emma Frost at a later stage in life. Because of this, the Emma in X-Men Origins: Wolverine is presumably retconned as Emma Silverfox, Kayla Silverfox's sister (this does not cause any continuity error as Emma was never referred to as "Frost" in the entire film, although promotional material for the film did so).

Canonically Mystique is over 100 years old. Canonically, Azazel is no longer Nightcrawlers' father. According to the person that made that decision, it was decision that they had wanted to make all along but because of the time they couldn't.

Can guarantee that was never the plan until modern ideology got involved, modern comics are killing the industry to point it’s on its last legs

And I’d say they handled the retcon better than people claim, Mystique used both her and Azazel’s dna to do it so there’s still a relation

Simply put, they did Darwin dirty. As for best power? Shapeshifting. At its peak, you can get Mystique's talent for blending in wherever you choose, Darwin's adaptability, and Wolverine's healing.

as an OG Xmen fan this movie was by far the best imo. in the comics Magneto crushes a Soviet sub and ends up killing everybody on board, the sub sinks. decades later he raises the sub and steals the nuclear warheads out of it to use as leverage. was interesting to see Magneto raise a sub in this movie. would really like to see a big screen adaptation of X-tinction Agenda. think it would be really relevant at this time.
