Nanny & Orphan Maker were the breakout stars of the X-Men comic book Hellions. The series wrapped up with the two of them being sent into the pit for crimes against humanity, but was it ever an exciting journey to get there.

Yes!!! I have always loved these characters and enjoyed their crazy shenanigans. Also from what I'm hearing this isn't the last of them as they are going to be spotlighted in the upcoming saber tooth series alongside toad and a fifth character that we don't know about yet as far as their identity. Nanny was definitely one of the breakout stars of Hellions.

Were the Peter Pan references obvious to anyone else? We never learn Orphan-Maker's full name. Nanny is like Tinkerbell because she is always looking out for him. I believe at one point she even uses Pixie Dust in the older issues.

I'm sad tat Hellions ended, and that they dissbanded. Orphan Maker did break te law but the council hold a lot of responsability when they put a team of unstable people under the care of Sinister and then dissbanded them when they were more a burden than an asset. Nanny going with him and the other Hellions actually caring for him were the best moments.

originally Read Hellions because i am a big Havok fan. When i heard Grewcrow,Empath , Nanny , Orphan Maker was going to be in the book i was like why. Hellions surprised me it was a damn good book and them 4 characters i didn't like before the book started now i like them . To me the one character i thought should got more of back ground story Wildchild. Wildchild i always saw as a Clone or Son of Sabretooth i would love to got some back story about his history . Over the years when they showed Nanny with out her Egg armor she was a small shadow figure . Orphan Maker i think his Mutant Power maybe airbourne Acid the one issue everything was melting even people before they got him the new armor .

If they have a de-ager then they could permanently deal with villains by de-aging them and then send them to other times and dimensions. Quite a few non-superheroes heroes could be born that way.

Phenomenal job, and I can Feel your adoration of these two. They're ridiculously perfect, right? She's an egg. A creepy, creepy egg. With guns. Love it. Anyway; I'd imagine given that the Right designed her tech they likely used the same tech they'd designed for an android cyborg built wearing ruby quartz, cubist armor designed specifically to irritate the Hell out of Cyclops, and That's why he can't land a shot. So good. Keep it up.
