I don't quite get what you mean by "raw English" but it does sound harsh. in fact, I don't quite understand the whole sentence. Maybe you think your English is a lot better than ours but I think it is rather unnecessary to be that nasty. BTW, we are not known for being eloquent anyway.

@Peng Wang 每个人的教育水平都不同。他们也许受的教育没那么多也没有与英文水准比较高的人混并导致他们的英文水平比较差。 Not everyone has the same level of education. Likely, they do not have higher education level nor do they mix with folks that speaks better English, hence their English does not comes out as fluent. Than, again, as George says, your English is what we say "Half bucket", 你的半桶水英文，有资格批别人吗？
